Old blue collar neighbourhood, turned into a bustling, nice area full of small shops, nice cafes and terraces. Convenient to reach, starts right at the Ostbahnhof.

I live here since relocating to Munich. Find the area a great location, conviniently situated with direct line to airport. Less overhyped as Schwabing, but definitely high quality of life
