One of the most amazing sights in Munich. Make sure to be there 11 o'clock in the morning or 3 o'clock in the afternoon, it is then that the glockenspiel sound. It is always busy in the square but it only enhances the experience.

Take a walk around the facade of this gorgeous piece of architecture and take it every single piece of it. I was in awe at all the intricate, ostentatious and simply beautiful parts of this building.

I went to the Neus Rathaus on my first day in Múnich and went to the tower, the view of the city is lovely and the moving clock is so beautiful!

The most lively & beautiful building in munich. You can't miss it. Located along the busy shopping street.

This is one of the landmarks of the Munich old town (Altstadt). My girlfriend and I went on the Christmas time and the Christmas market that is all along the streets that surround the city hall is just breathtaking

Unfortunately, despite the building is magnificent, the square is always too crowded and noisy. At odds with the rest of the city and a bit like the Piccadilly Circus of the town. Visit in the deep winter or just pass along quickly.

Beatifull is the only word I can say. I couldn't watch the dancers but I'm planning to fix my mistake on my next trip to Munich this year.

This place is in the cellar of the old town hall and is just loaded with atmosphere. the food is excellent if you want Bavarianl classics like Schweinhaxe (Pigs Knuckle) or sausages or Zwiebelrostbraten (sliced roast beef with onions and fried potatoes), or liver soup with dumplings. The cuisine makes a real change and adds to the adventure of travel.... More

This was one of my first stops in Europe. The architecture of this building is beautiful. There's a little show every once in awhile that places music and have moving figurines, if you're in the area check it out.
