An elevator takes you from the ground floor to the tower, where you can have a good view of the city centre and its streets.
Nice architecture, lots of tourists, several geocaches nearby. What's not to like? The prices of the restaurants nearby. If, however, you travel on a budget, check out the restaurant in the court, it is very affordable, including the drinks they offer.
