My wife and I did the day trip tour out of Munich to Neuschwanstein castle. It was really easy and a very fun tour. Dani was guide and she was a lot of fun and knew her German history. She also recommended the best donuts...More
Had a great time touring Munich with Dani. She knows her beer and history, and shared so much great information while we were all having a good time. The beer, food, and transportation was all included in the tour, and she stayed afterwards to give...More
We had an absolutely amazing time on our tour on Thursday with Danni! She was super knowledgeable and super friendly! I enjoyed getting to know the local beers and the history of beer and Oktoberfest in Munich! I highly recommend Danni and her tours!
I had a blast on this tour with our guide Dan. The group was a good size to keep everyone together and moving from site to site. The only thing that I would note is that we didn't do that much walking because the tour...More
Germany's history is very well known and the stories of WW2 are studied everywhere, but it is a very different experience to be where it happened and hear the stories. It also takes an amazing guide to make you truly feel the emotions and understand...More
Awesome day excursion all the way around. 1st off let me say the Radius staff was very friendly and helpful and the tour guide Karl Doyle was phenomenal. Not only did Karl know his history surround the castle but he went above and beyond to...More
I've been on a lot of European day tours. This is by far the best-run, most professional outfit I have encountered. The bus was clean and on-time. The director was very responsive and made sure everyone was on the bus to go home. A refreshing...More

We were in Munich in April and took the tour to Nuremberg by train and had Jeff as out tour guide. He was fantastic. When we assembled in Munich at the train station, we had only 13 people, but when we arrived in Nuremberg train station, we had 27 more people join us. Jeff said this is unusual for a tour so large. He did a great job keeping up with that many (40), but group was too large!

We did have some time before and some time after to explore but not a ton. My friends and I walked down to the Alpsee and hung out in the sun for a while where you also catch a good view of Hohenshwangau. We all bought food at a street stand so packing a lunch is a good idea. I don't quite remember what time the train ride back was, maybe we got back into Munich at 7ish? could have been later.
