So happy we signed up for this tour. What an amazing journey up to the Eagles Nest. The actual facility was ok, but the hikes and views up on top were the coolest I have ever seen. Have not stopped talking about this one.

The tour was okay. Sharon, our guide, has a wealth of information, but it was brought in quite a "I've told this a thousand times already" way. If you have only a day to spend in Berchtesgaden, this is probably a good way to spend...More

Thank you for sharing your experience of our Eagle's Nest Historical Tour and your comments with Trip Advisor readers. It is true that it is difficult to fit all three sites into a half-day tour and some would prefer to spend more time at the...More

Firstly don't get this tour confused with the bus tour that runs from Munich, this tour operates from Berchtesgaden itself. It is easy to find across the road from the railway station. I caught the 09.55 train from Munich which arrives in time to take...More

Sorry to hear that you had different expectations from the tour. Within the four hour half-day "Eagles Nest Historical Tour" we ambitiously attempt to cover three historic sites on the mountain: the Eagle's Nest, the underground bunkers and a driving tour of the former Nazi...More

What was the name of the tour you took, was it Eagle's Nest Historical Tours? We are booked on a river cruise Oct 2017 and want to take a side trip of our own to the Eagle's Nest so I'm trying to see if logistics will allow it.
