Went up the tower with kids 6 and 3 (who we carried up as well as down almost the entire way) and after that couldn't walk for 5 mins, you think the way up is tough, but you get through it, bit it's the way...More

The cathedral is hughe and an incredible architectural site. Worth to go inside and have some silent minutes to go around, looking at the amazing view. But the wow is the view from the top of the steeple! Do not miss out to climb the...More

Unlike many cathedrals entrance is free. Most of the information displayed is only in German and the guide in English, whilst good in relation to the sequence of building, is weak on historical significacnce. The book shop to the north side sells better guides at...More

This was an very good place to go during evening walk. Excellent architecture outside and inside of building. I like that kind of history. Unfortunately I did not try to go to the tower. Definitely I can recomment that to those who like that and...More

We walked around inside lots of fine details and history. However you have to do the tower walk up, it's great. It's a one way system for first two levels. The final tier can be a squeeze, on those foot-worn steps, brilliant! Views are incredible,...More

Decided to take a hike of 768 steps to the top in a warm summer afternoon. It was a good hike. Was a bit disappointed to see all the grills/bars at the top.

The city is nice and in the city centre the church is very impressive, I like it. We were late so we didn't go up in the tower, I will leave it for the next time.

Having just been to the Notre Dame in Paris 3 days earlier, we didn't know what to expect. This church exceeded all expectations. The soaring spires (the tallest in the world), stunning architecture and magnificent interior was more stunning than Notre Dame.

If you're going to the Munster, you really should climb it (if physically able) ... That alone will take an hour.

It's a corkscrew all the way up and same trail coming down. The stairs are narrow so it's a tight squeeze passing people up and down so this adds to the climbing time. If you're a "wide" person things get tough. The climb... More
