You then walk around level by level going through the evolution of cars. But it's not just cars it has a lot of history and other information. A must-do... More

It took me a long time to finally go see it and I must say that it was definitely worth the visit. 10 euros for adults and 5 euros for all others. We spent two hours there. All the signs are in German and English but if you do the audio tour other languages are available. Paid just 3 euros... More

We went with our 2 children (3 and 5) and did the English tour. Our guide was fantastic, engaging and entertaining. The kids were happy for the whole tour and we enjoyed a delicious lunch in the restaurant after.

They are constantly changing their exhibition of vehicles so you are bound to see different things if you visit in different months. In the summer they have Cars and Coffee every Sunday, opportunity for other car owners to display their collection. Participant for Night of the Museums which occurs in March. Great way to spend the day as the museum... More

This museum was a definite highlight of our week in Germany. I enjoyed being able to walk through history to learn about the evolution of the automobile and the Mercedes-Benz brand. There's a really nice integration of world events that allows you to place in context what the world was like at different points in time. There were cars owned... More

This ultra-modern structure forms a double helix format where you are delivered to the top by lift and then spend as long as you wish wandering down the spiral through different exhibition areas which are basically arranged in historical sequence. Starting with the birth of the internal combustion engine and motorised transport, the museum tracks the company's unique contribution to... More

You don't have to be into cars to enjoy this visit. There were more girls than guys in our group and there wasn't a problem of the girls wanting to drag the guys along. Great presentation of the cars and the history around them.
