The museum has plenty of exhibits, mostly with stuffed animals although there are also live fish and some other exhibits. I did enjoy the fossils and the reconstructed skeletons of dinosaurs. I think the museum is a wonderful opportunity for families with children, there is...More

The Museum was very well organised with a clear separation of various sections. The huge aquarium inside the hall stood at the centre of attraction. We could spend hours watching aqua life. It was so big and detailed that we were only able to look...More

We are both students so the entrance was very affordable and we saw some pretty amazing things. What I liked the most were the "living" animals. Beautiful!

Our family visited the Natural History Museum in Karlsruhe in January 2018. We went to show our 2.5 year old daughter the Dinosaur section but she loved all the other sections even more so! She loved the live ant display and the animal section. She...More

The exhibits in museum are amazing. Some of them are pretty realistic. Additional explanation next to each exhibit are very interesting.

Nice place. There is a beautiful small park outside, that kids can play (during December it's part of the Weihnachts Market). The exhibits are impressive and very educational. Highly recommended. 👍

I'm a science nut, so I had to go in. If you're an aquarist, there's a hidden treat here - a 240,000L/63,000 gallon reef aquarium that may be worth the admission lone.

Amazing museum - especially for children on bad-weather days. I highly recommend the dinosaur exhibits, the aquarium, and the "world of insects." The animal models are very well done (African, polar, and pre-historic), it's educational (i.e. the geology section), and the aquarium is nicely presented....More

I went here with my family and friends... Total 5 kids and they all really liked the place. The exhibits are well kept and educative. The entrance prices are also not high, so also family friendly. Good place to go on a rainy day.

Very interesting place for those who likes natural science. The museum has several halls with different expositions on wildlife: marine, mammals, insects, ancient animals. Most of all I like the collection on mineralogy and geology, it is amazing.
