We came here to visit and to purchase a clock, actually two clocks. This is a one of a kind store that you need to visit if you are looking for a heirloom to pass down. The really nice clocks are up stairs so you need to ask to go up.

After much research and shopping for cuckoo clocks in Triberg, we purchased two at Oli's. The clocks are all hand carved by Oli and a small group of his associates. The group is called The Master Carvers Club. You can see the clocks being made in some of the side workrooms. The upstairs showroom has incredible clocks and some wood... More

My wife and I visited Oli's in September, 2016 on a trip to Germany for Oktoberfest to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. An authentic Black Forest cuckoo clock is something I've always wanted, and a friend recommended Oli's as one of the best carvers around. Our visit to the shop was a real treat. Spectacular doesn't begin to describe Oli's... More

In September 2016 I purchased a cuckoo clock. As of today March 4, 2017 I have not received it. I do not believe I will ever receive it and all Oli does is continue to delay and postpone giving me answers. I would not purchase a clock from the shop again. I have asked my card credit card company to... More

It is now February 5th and we still have no clock. Tracking number gets us nothing and all we keep getting told... More

The first thing you notice when you walk in...the place smells like wood. That's a good thing considering they carve their own clocks. I asked for a battery operated clock and I got a 10 minute dissertation as to why those are not made by real craftsman in the Black Forest. If you want one of those you can buy... More

When we first arrived to Europe six years ago we came across this store. It was a very detailed tour of the history of clocks and how they are made. At the time could not decide on which clock to go with. Now six years later the store is still owned and operated by the same gentleman. His work is... More

We stopped in the shop to have a look. Someone - Oli I guess - was carving some decorations. He had about a dozen he was doing on one long board. Interesting to watch that he had a handcarved assembly line going.
