We took the cable car to the top, stood on the glacier and hat a mountain to picnic, amazing! A must for all who travel to the area.

The view from this mountain is better than the one near the Mont Blanc. There is no queue, the view us amazing, you can see the Mont Blanc and other mountains around. Really recommended.

Next best thing to Vallee Blanche. Aiguille du Midi was not open due to dangerous snow conditions. Le Grands Montets almost as high.Must have experienced guide and equipment to ski down the glacier. 2000 vertical metres descent.Great experience.

Mainly red and blue runs here, and even blues can be a little steep and icy. The black run overlooking the Argentiere Glacier is long and has wonderful views.

You can go up to the Aiguille du Midi at 3800 m where there is a lift to the summit. However you will need to be standing up while taking the cable car. Otherwise you can take the Train to the Montenvers where you can admire... More
