My wife and I did a tour in the Aix region, and we started in Marseille. The passenger van we rode in was comfortable, roomy (for the 9 people including Eric), and had AC. The drive to the first wine maker was about 45 minutes, during which Eric explained the general plan for the day. Eric was easy to talk... More

We went on a full day Provence Wine tour around Aix-en-Provence in August 2016 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The organisation was excellent and the driver was positive, fun and full of knowledge which he happily shared. We went to a number of small wineries that would not have been easy to visit yourself and the tastings were generous. There was... More

My wife and I have a luxury travel and wine touring business. We have been doing tours with Gaëtane for years. She is great and we will continue when we are in the Provence wine region. She also has great references for tour operators doing tours outside her area.

In mid October 2016 we were greeted at the cruise terminal in Marseilles by Gaitten of Provence Wine Tours. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Our group of 8 was comfortable in the van. We enjoyed our visits to Dumanes Bunan in Bandol, touring their wonderful facility and tasting the delightful red wines! We enjoyed lunch in Cassis and then... More

When we're cruising, we particularly enjoy touring in small groups rather than the large groups typically chosen by many cruisers. It gives us a more personal experience. On this tour, we were able to visit wineries that a large tour bus couldn't even access. Our driver/guide was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the region, but also about all the wines... Great guide and great tour. I really enjoyed it. We visited four wineries and tasted three different wines at each location: white, rosé and red. The lunch break (as if we needed it) was in a beautiful beach town. It's an ideal tour for people who like to do their wine tasting early in the day. Definitely enjoyable. Beautiful landscapes.... Small almost private tour of small wineries in Provence. The tour was convenient to cruise, minivan was comfortable, and scenery and wine very nice. Eric(our guide) was knowledgeable about the wineries and the wine. All in all one of the best tours I've taken.

Honeymoon trip, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our Provence Wine Tour. It was all we had hoped. Idyllic wine valley, great tastings and informative tours. The only down-size is you cant buy more and bring home to the States.

It was beautiful. Our guide was good and well informed. However, the van was crowded. I had to sit up in front, in the middle, and was crammed in between my husband and the driver. Not comfortable.

Hello Lisa, Many thanks for saying it was beautiful and that your guide, Eric on that day, did a good job: all our guides have a real passion for wines and are trying to share it with you and to give you a deeper understanding of French winemaking and Provence wines. In Provence, the high season is from May to... More
