We were not sure about this museum until we walked in. Some excellent paintings on show in a well laid our gallery some of which are on loan from Dunkerque. The stars of the show were the several paintings by Henri Matisse which justified the...More

It’s a very nice and small art museum. Great pieces of impressionists and expressionists, all linked to Cote d’Azur. Not too expensive. So recommend you visit. 30min sufficient unless you are an art fanatic.

This fine museum has many of the works of artists who came to St. Tropez in early 1900’s. Of course perhaps the most famous is Henri Matisse and many of his works are here. Lot’s of emphasis on the female body.

I had quite high expectations of this place having seen a rave report on French TV. But I'm afraid I only found it mildly interesting and struggled to find more than a handful of paintings which I could get excited about. Of course it is...More

This small art gallery has a great charm and is situated right on the port of Saint Tropez. The building is gorgeous and the grounds have huge old trees surrounding it. Once inside it is a treat to see the beautiful art works from many...More
