Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a charming promenade that runs and bends around the underneath of Castle Hill, but above Le Port de Nice. Traditional high residential buildings line the way in places, with open space between.
Once out of the admittedly small residential part, you find yourself with breathtaking views out over the Mediterranean, whilst further along the view incorporates a huge expanse of the city from above. Truly stunning.
There are three features to see on Quai Rauba Capeu beyond the stunning views: The Monument aux Morts, Le Cadran Solaire, and the massive #ILOVENICE sign that is a popular stop and photo opportunity for tourists.
This is a walk (which can easily be accessed from Garibaldi Square) that we try and do whenever we are in Nice.
Very pleasant indeed.

The fairly new (completed 2003) Quai [de] Raubu Capeu is situated along the base of Castle Hill. Bounded by Quai des Etats Unis to the west, this promenade curves around Castle Hill toward Port de Nice. The pathway that Quai Raubu Capeu provides for seaside walking, cycling and rollerblading is elevated enough to offer excellent views of the Bay of Angels and its beach as well as a view of the huge Monument aux Morts war memorial carved into Castle Hill. We enjoyed Quai Raubu Capeu, but didn’t spend much time there. Nearby Vieux Nice holds much more interest for us.

What a beautiful place, superb view of Nice, we like to pass there, stop there, when the wind is not there... Really too bad that this magnificent site is polluted by this "sculpture" "I LOVE NICE" who obscures the view, speaks in a foreign language and takes the public hostage to very low-level communication.
