Visits to this historic factory thread their way through the perfumer’s laboratory, with its perfume organ, the distillery, the maceration and filtering studios, the enfleurage rooms, and the artisanal packaging and soapmaking workshops. The museum's collection features bottles and perfume memorabilia from ancient times and all the way up to the present day. Clay perfume flasks, khol vases, scent holders, salve jars, pomanders, bergamotes, and travel kits trace 3,000 years of history.

As part of a half day trip, this was a very enjoyable experience. The informative component was good and the shop was fab! Spent too much but no one was making me buy things. L'etoile and Fragonard are my fave fragrances. Very cool!

Second time I visit this parfumerie: always a pleasure! A great insight in one of the best perfume factories in the world, with lots of info and some "smell tasting" to prove your knowledge on perfumes. Free visits, starting every 5-10 minutes in several languages....More

Having been on many working-floor manufacturing tours, I expected a tour of the manufacturing plant. NO. That is not what this tour provides. It is a 5 minute walk-through of a room displaying historic perfume-making equipment and a walk by a few persons assembling product...More

A god place to go to get an insight into how to make perfume You get a basic tour seeing the people working then an experience being introduced to the various perfumes. Entry was free.

Cheap, cheap, cheap prices. Love this place. The best fragrances in the world. Pure quality. Excellent service. You must visit here. I literally bought out the store. And plan to go back again before we leave the Cote DAzur

My daughter and I visited here as a part of a tour with Tour Azur and it was a highlight of our trip (that my fave flower the peony being their showcase scent for 2017 didn't hurt). The tour is short (15 mins) but the...More

We visited on our own. We did not do a tour package. Grasse is very doable without a tour guide. There are lovely little shops and even places to make your own perfume within the city and walking distance from the museum.

My suggestion would be Molinard in Grasse. They have a workshop to make your own perfume. It's wonderful.

Always open. July-August very hot and lot of people. Suggest May, June and September. Even October is still a fine month down South.
