Beautiful even on a drab February afternoon. One of those places that seems to be a living film-set. Not easy to get to and from but still well worth the effort.

If you are in the Nice or Monte Carlo area touring this place should not be missed. It is simply one of the most beautiful villages in the South of France.

Beautiful place with cute restaurants along the way. There are only a couple of hotels and they have spectacular views. If you are not staying there, drinks or lunch is also an option. One of my best memories!

Highly recommended day trip from Nice. Medieval village built on a cliff. Breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Good restaurants. Lots of beautiful places to take pictures. Highly recommended !! Apparently there are still 50 permanent residents living in the village.

Stroll through the old streets of Eze, visit the many art galleries, shops and eateries, Fantastic photo ops for the shutterbug and reminiscing of times gone by! Grab some wine and cheese, a baquette some pate and have lunch on the town square.

I guess the place is nicer during summer, but off season pretty much everything is closed (with the exception of couple of restaurants and one or two galleries). Honestly, i liked St Paul De Vence much, much more. If you are bored in Monaco it...More

The villige of Eze, with Saint Paul en Vence, was my favorite place on Frencg Riviera. As you were in other century. Small winding streets, art galleries and nice views. You can get there by bus from Nice for only 1,50 euros. Do recommend it!

This little village is both historic and picturesque. Its history goes back to 2000 BC and was once part of Monaco. Perched 1401 feet above the French Riveria, it looks so cool like a fortress on the hill. There are cobbled winding walkways through this...More

A wonderful medieval village set high on a hill top. Little changed in 50 years with the exception of an increase of "high" end touristy shops to cater for the masses of tourists. It really is a must at a €1.- each way on a...More

We had a car which I would strongly recommend at least for a few days. There is much to see on the Côte d'Azur in just riding around. There are three roads - Basse Corniche, along the sea, Moyenne Corniche in the middle... More
