This church is nice but the view from the hill which it sits on is the real draw. Stunning views of the beach and harbour can be had from the walls of this church. Enjoy the tiny shops on the easy walk up Le Suquet...More

Right in the heart of the oldest part of Canes, way up high so not all the tourists and cruise ship people make it up that far. Well worth the hike, but if steep hills and stairs are tough for you, probably not something I’d...More

We arrived in Cannes at around 6 pm after having a full day driving from Aix en Provence to Eze, Monaco and Nice. We parked in the Suquet Forville parking garage and walked into the town center. Paid 1.60 for about an hour's worth of...More

It's a steep trek up through the old town to this rather sombre church with its landmark clock tower.

There is a very nice walk leading up to this church. When you arrive make sure you take in all of the views of the beach as well! This church really is something a bit different than the busy glamour of Cannes.

Eglise Notre Dame de L'esperance is a beautiful 14th Century church on top of Suquet hill in Cannes Old Town. It is a short walk fro the Cannes port and offers some stunning views of the city.

We took a visit on the tourist train, always a good way of seeing things you may otherwise not. The bonus was it took us up the hill and let us out for 10 minutes to wander. We ended up staying longer and walking back...More

A tour bus takes you to the top of this amazing hill, or you can hike up if you are fit. It is difficult to get your vehicle up here (we did because the nice butcher at the electronic bollards vouched for us and had...More

The best part of this site is the view from the outdoor stairs. Other than that, it's remote (due to the fact you have to hike up to the church) from the shops and other tourist attractions, except for the Musee de la Castre.
