I had a vague memory of visiting the Musee decades ago as a student. I was impressed then by the quality of the art - but less impressed by the premises and the way in which the artefacts were presented. The refurbished gallery is wonderful...More

A small museum with a strong collection of Picassos and Cezannes. There are actually two galleries about a 5 minute walk from each other. Both should be seen on your visit.

The museum houses a fine collection of paintings by various artists including Picasso,Monet,Van Gogh etc.The building itself is interesting-a converted chapel. There are also 120 major modern works of art of the Planque Foundation. Loved the visit.

Nice setting but few English subtitles on artwork if that is important to you. Pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Mixed collection.
