Created by people thinking outside the box to revitalize an industrial area and provide new jobs and life for the town. The engineering and artistry behind these mechanical marvels is amazing and additions for the future are well under way with a huge tree house and...More

The famous thing to do here is the Elephant ride but my wife having a height fear we have to skip but rather find some enjoyable activities to fill the gap. Children friendly and a must for them.

This place was the old place were they biuld the boats. Its between to arms of the river and they use it as a "tribute" to Jules Verne. We saw the elephant and decided to have a trip (8,5€) that takes like 25-30 minutes. The...More

Wellllllll have you ever seen anything else like it before? The only point that would make this cool attraction better is extending the hours. I would have loved to ride the elephant, as it's one of my favourite animals.

And you do not have to pay to see it. As it matches around outside the exhibit areas. I think it is more fun watching it from the ground than riding on it. On a Thursday it made runs around 11am, 2pm and 5pm that...More

Machine de l'ile is a place where nature and technology merge, for children and for adults doesn't matter the age, I got amazed every time I went there.

Well impressed with this machine, definitely a highlight of Nantes and as it 'walks' in a public area you can see it free.
