Distinguished historical building in the centre of Toulouse

Our tour guide walked us through this small yet grand museum. Its exterior was well designed and maintained. While the interior was filled with great work of art. Highly recommend.

You don't want to miss this place. Small by big city museun standards bit with a (small) but outstanding collections of impressionist and post-impressionist art, earlier paintings, bronzes, and ceramics,

This hidden gem of a place is a must for art lovers visiting Toulouse, tucked away it is a beautiful building with a magical atmosphere. For a very reasonable admission price one can explore the works of art almost in your own world as it is never over crowded and there is always lots to see.

When I was last in Lourdes, more than 30 years ago, the Bemberg Foundation had not yet managed to secure the Hotel d'Assezat, which could not be visited because it was run down. After the building underwent major renovations, the collection of Georges Bemberg filled it. It is certainly the finest collection of paintings and objets d'art in Toulouse, and... More

Truly recommend this gallery. It is relaitively small but has some amazing works within it - especially on the second floor

It is always great experiencing the works of beloved artists. Bemberg presents them in a lovely location that is worth the effort finding. The area also has many other visit and food options.

One of my favourite museums in town. A very richly packed house with some fine works of art. Expensive but worth it, especially in comparison to other collections in Toulouse.

It is marvellous little museum that has no entry cost if you buy a tourist pass from the Office of Tourism in Capitole . The art treasures are amazing and they provide detailed information sheets for most languages. You need at least two hours but beware the restaurant is inviting but with only one wait staff it took over 1... More

This museum is in an old house and contains the personal collection of a collector (who only died recently). It has some stunning 16th and 17th century paintings in it (Cranach and comtemporaries) as well as some more modern art. It is a wonderful collection and world class. We had not heard of it until we came to Toulouse and... More

We visited this rich art collection for the time in three years and had the same pleasure as the first time. The palace is worth the visit by itself and qppears to be just the most beautiful you can see in Toulouse and certainly one among the top town palaces if not one of the best from this period in...
