On my way from Australia to the USA, I had a 1 night layover in Paris. I couldn't be in Paris without seeing the city! So thankful that my husband found "Midnight in Paris on Wheels." It was just what I was looing for.
Nicolas was very helpful in directing me in getting a taxi from the CDG airport to a rendez- vous point. The three hour tour went by so fast and was unforgettable - I got to see all the landmarks I wanted to see and enjoy a glass of champagne. Nicolas had planned stops to get food. He stopped at a gelato place near the river and then a place that made fresh crepes in front of you. Thankfully, I could get a savory crepe with 4 cheeses.
He also had well planned stops to take photos; he even helped take photos for me. When the tour was over, he gave me an Eiffel Tower keychain and then helped me get a taxi back to my hotel at CDG.

This was a very well thought out trip. Nicolas is extremely kind & very funny. We felt very cared for. He went out of his way to assure that we were happy with his services. Even made an ice cream stop.
Paris by night is magical! This was the perfect way to see it. I am already recommending it to friends!

This amazing experience was absolutely the highlight of our stay in Paris. We saw parts of Paris that we didn't know existed, we learnt so much about the city and its history. It was also so much fun, Nicolas is awsome. Couldn't recommend highly enough. We will remember this forever.

In one word, Midnight In Paris On Wheels is truly spectacular! Their services provided an unforgettable journey through the enchanting streets of Paris, creating a magical experience that will be cherished for a lifetime.
Our guide was exceptional, exhibiting both a deep knowledge of the city's history and a palpable passion for Parisian culture. The vintage car added an old-world charm that perfectly complemented the magnificent backdrop of the city. It felt like we had stepped back in time!

What an amazing experience. Nicolas was quite the host and very knowledgeable about the city and wine. He was also a great photog. Had some lovely champagne. The car was awesome. It rained and we didn’t even really realize it given how fun the tour was. What a night.

This was an unique experience that I have not had before. Nicholas took us around the best sights of Paris and also several hidden areas. He provides a very engaging historical perspective and is a very good photographer. He also knows the best spots to take the pictures and these I will always cherish over the years. We started at 9pm and ended well past midnight. It was a great way to see a great city. I will do this trip again next time I am at Paris.

If there were six stars, I would rate this experience as such. It is really a feat to create an experience this magical in what is already the most magical place in the world. My wife and I were in Paris recently for a quick three days. It was our first time and some friends recommended this tour. Our driver, Christophe, was a native Parisian, a knowledgeable guide and just plain fun. We saw all the sites at night, drank amazing champagne, and had a wonderful time. It not only was an amazing experience by itself, but doing it on the first night gave us so much information that we used for the rest of our trip - inside scoops on restaurants, culture, nightlife, neighborhoods, etc. if you’re new to Paris, don’t even look anywhere else. Do this tour immediately. You will love it.

My daughter and I loved everything about this tour. Nicolas was so knowledgeable and was able to pivot his stories based on my daughter's interest (French history). He made many connections and observations from Parisian history to our home city, Philadelphia. He captured many of the best photos of our trip including a hilarious series of my daughter trying champagne (she's of age) for the first time. Nicolas is a wealth of information. And, Nicolas' car gets a lot of interest. In our 3-hour tour, three well-known artists stopped to ask questions. One was a French photographer who stopped to take a photo of the car (with permission); as we were driving a famous French singer rolled down his window to speak to Nicolas about the car (I cannot remember his name) and just by happenstance, when we were stopped for traffic, actor Owen Wilson, of the movie Midnight in Paris fame, rode by on his bicycle but paused near the Citroen. It was just such a fun night.

I surprised my girlfriend for her birthday back in march with the Midnight in Paris on Wheels experience, we absolutely loved it. Nicolas was the best tour guide and showed us the ins and outs of the city. The most romantic experience, even if it did rain the whole time. (It actually made it more fun!) Would absolutely recommend, it was the highlight of our trip, we saw so much of Paris just that evening.

What time does it start and finish? If we were to book the 3 hour tour would we still have time to attend the moulin rouge show straight after? We are visiting Paris in February :)

Nicolas will adjust to your schedule. Skip the Moulin Rouge personally, very touristy. Nick will give you a "real" fun adventure with the best memories. He was the best part of our June week in Paris, and we did everything.

Is Midnight in Paris just the name or do the tours feature a lot of locations from the movie? Also, there will be 3 of us and we've been to Paris previously. Still worth it? Any particular tour recommendation?

It is just not just a name, but I do offer visits to movie hotspots if you like. Some of my previous clients have been Woody Allen fans.
The car can welcome 3 passengers maximum.

What is the protocol on tipping after this particular tour? It’s expensive anyway so are you also pressured to tip on top of the tour fee?

The tour is really expensive so you should not feel pressured to leave a huge tip. We gave an extra 30€ As a tip because we enjoyed the tour. It’s not a requirement and definitely don’t feel like you have too.

I personally took the tour with Nicolas in Jan which is smack bang in the middle of winter. I’ve also read some people taking the tour in the pouring rain and raved about the experience. I think Paris in general is beautiful no matter what, Under any weather condition. Good thing is you’ll be in a car that can have a transparent roof if it rains for a good view. Besides, you’ll be in a closed car, with blankets and see way more on this tour than any other or on foot in the cold.

Husband and i requested 8pm pickup from our Hotel Mansart in 1st Arr. for the 3 hr night tour.... usual time is 9pm but Nicolas is very accomodating! ENJOY!
