Beautiful area of Paris. Notre Dame Cathedral can be found here. By the bridge you can leave a lock and personalize it. Lots of restaurants around

No you can't put love locks on Pont des Arts anymore, in fact they removed them all. But you can try Pont Bir-Hakeim or some bridges aroumd Île de la Cité or Île Saint Louis, i saw quite some locks there.
