We chose Fixity because it was the only one with a covered upper deck on a cold and overcast day. When we passed other tour busses everyone looked like they were freezing while we were well heated and dry. The Foxity Tour options are less elaborate....they only offer one route but it does give you the best of Paris including... More

I was completely shocked at how horrible this company is. When I went to book my tour they told me is would be a maximum of 20 minutes to wait for the next bus (I didn't do the hop on/off tour but rather the 2 hour fixed route tour). 40 minutes later the bus arrived and it was completely without... Dear customer, Further to your comment I am sorry to read that you did not enjoy our city tour of Paris. We make sure the buses are on time at the stations. It can happen that sometimes (demonstration for example) the bus arrives few minutes late but we always give information to customer waiting. In your comment you indicate a... More

Instead of hop on hop off we took the 2hour city tour. This is the best way to see Paris. It took us to all the major attractions and gave us a splendid view of Paris. Not to be missed. The buses were very neat and clean. Commentry was very helpful. It is the cheapest company in Paris. We bought... More

We jumped on this on a whim as we had a couple hours spare. Really quite good. The route took us on a number of sights in Paris and give some interesting facts we did not know. You are able to do the whole thing in one go at a reduced price or hop on and off. it was off... More

An hour and so far 3 stops and about 10 Square blocks. Stopped for 20 min at Opera and another 20 min at tourist office. It does have a roof so warm on top and kids free if booked online but would prefer Big Bus or L'open

Dear customer, The full circuit without getting off lasts 2 hours. There is a 15/20 minutes between 2 stations. The buses make some stop of few minutes in order for the customers to get on and off. 20 minutes stop is very long, I have to say that it is the fist time that we have this type of comment.... More

I rode this city tour twice around the city. (It was cold and rainy.) Each trip followed a different route and presented different information and neither one of them followed the printed map. I had to wonder if this organization is tied in some way to the Office of Tourism, because the stops were usually in front of one of... More

Dear customer, I am sorry that your experience with our company was not as you expected. The stations are located close to our agencies to make it easier for the cutomer to get on board of the bus. It would be helpfull, to understand what happened about the circuit, to know the date that you have been using our services.... More

We arrived in Paris very early in the morning and decided the best thing to do to see the city was a bus tour. As we walked around near the Eiffel Tower the big orange bus caught our eye. The driver was very helpful and showed us the prices, we had no cash on us at this point so the... More

This the cheapest HOHO bus that we saw in Paris. Overall the experience was nice. It covers major popular attractions and does not have too many routes to confuse you. For the price its is very good. Bus stops can be easily spotted near major attractions. We took the pass from the bus itself. However there are many hotel and... More

Definitely one of the cheap ones, if not the cheapest. Got us around where where we needed to go, so it worked for us....

We wanted hop-on/hop-off. We spent way too much time trying to find the bus- NO designated bus stops; or waiting for the bus- there were at least 1/3 fewer buses as other companies & they didn't come every 20 minutes as promised. The brochure said the last pick-up time at The Louvre was 6:55. At 5:30 the bus didn't stop.... More

Dear customer, Further to your message, on our brochure it is indicated that the last departue to do the full round tour from Louvre station is 5:15 pm and that the last pick up is 6:55 pm. All our tours are finishing at Notre Dame station as mentionned under the timetable of the brochure. We will try to find another... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
