Doing this scavenger hunt was such an incredible way to experience the Louvre! The maps and instructions were really well-designed and clear, and the information about the pieces you're trying to find was in-depth and just really interesting. The scavenger hunt involved a lot of different sections of the museum, so it had you go into areas you might not... More

We booked THATLou on a recommendation from a friend. We owe them. Firstly, with THATLou you get to "jump the queue" which at our quiet time of the year, a cold January morning had a 2 hour wait.....and that was first thing, at opening, and the wait apparently gets longer. Once you get started you get to look around the... More

As a group of 8 ranging from 70yo to 9yo (and throw in a couple of teenagers in between), we had the most amazing time exploring the Louvre with this wonderful treasure hunt from That Lou! This activity is designed to engage you with the treasures of the Louvre (beyond the Mona Lisa). We spent two hours in 4 teams... More

How very lovely to see your review, thank you so much for having taken the time to write. And how happy it makes me to think that your group - with such a wide age range - enjoyed both the WONDERFUL museum as well as the hunt. If you return or come to London, please look us up for another... More

Our THAT Lou treasure hunt at the Louvre on a previous trip was such a success that we decided to try the THAT D'Or treasure hunt this time. I'm pleased to report that it was just as much fun - we all had a great time. The size of the Musee D'Orsay meant that our experience was quite different to... More

After many visits to the Louvre I was delighted to see there was still so much to learn. This great fun treasure hunt was a terrific way to introduce our kids (aged 9 and 11) to this amazing collection. We loved the hunt and the team at THATLou were great to deal with.

We loved everything about this treasure hunt. Meeting up beforehand was very easy and Anne gave us plenty of history and helpful hints for navigating the museum. The kids and my wife and I all enjoyed exploring the museum and playing the game kept us all entertained for the full two hours. Will definitely do it again at one of... More

This was hands down the best way for our kids (ages 6 and 8) to experience the Louvre for the first time. The got to see many of the major works and learn about them in a fun and interactive manner all whilst competing for points (which they love). Annie was a very nice, professional and thorough in her instructions,... More

Our family of four (including our two boys ages 12 and 7) enjoyed this interactive experience of the Louvre. If you told my boys "we are going to a world-famous museum to see art," you'd probably get an eye roll or two, possibly a protest. But this billed the experience as a treasure hunt, and that made all the difference.... More

The Louvre is overwhelming even to the most experienced and knowledgable museum-goers, and exponentially more so for kids. This is a great way to make it more fun and engaging for everyone. We visited with our two children, ages 10 and 13, and worked as one team (to minimize divisive family competition). We did the "Skull Scouting" hunt, which is... More
