Lots of wonderful sixteen-seventeenth century architecture with an occasional eatery and some fine dinning. Wear your walking shoes and explore. We found the area to be safe and busy during the day and early evening.

Opera district lies between the Louvre and boulevards Haussmann, Montmartre and Bonne-Nouvelle in Paris. Apart the beautiful structures like Opera House, there are many large Departmental Stores, shops, restaurants and cafes. The area is easily accessible via Metro. Recommended.

My wife and I stayed in this area. It was perfect. No to far from the popular destinations. The best part for us was that there were restaurants and bars opened late and the area was safe enough to walk to hotel.
