I enjoy visiting a marketplace, but this aint one. This place is about restaurants and handful of food stalls. If you are looking for a market place, rather check Aligre for a smaller, neighborhood type, or Bastille for full blown one.

We really enjoyed the experience on a Sunday early afternoon. Got seated quickly and devoured delicious French onion soup. It was very pricey though - 14 euros for one soup. Overall a good experience but the stalls were smaller than we imagined. We left around...More

If you are strolling along the Marais and feel hungry or need to buy some food... Go here, because it is a simple but but very nice spot. You'll find food seller and something like 20 places for "street-food" and mor.

We walked around and enjoyed visiting the stalls during our recent trip to Paris over the winter holiday. Definitely worth spending an hour or two.

Lovely place filled with small eateries. I imagine they are all fantastic as each of them had lines and full tables. It would be great to do a food crawl through here. We ended up going with the Italian spot and it was very good!...More

The food is great and extremely varied. Think of going early since it's pretty popular hence pretty crowded. You can even buy cheese, wine and other delicatessen. Enjoy

Visited Paris in July 2018. Marche des Enfants Rouges was one of the food highlights for me. So good in fact that we went back three times during our stay. Firstly was the Crepes, they were amazing, I had one filled with ham cheese and...More

We've visited this market twice and, based on reviews, expected to find a vibrant market. Perhaps it was the time of day--late afternoon, early evening, in hopes of buying some carry-out for dinner, especially from the Moroccan stand. We've been underwhelmed twice. Many of shops...More

Although small, this market is wonderful. Fresh flowers, sea food, cheese &a the like, along with nots of stalls selling all sorts of hot food to try. Brilliant place.

Great covered outdoor market. Good selection of food choices, you can eat there or take food to go. Saturday may not be the best day to go, but the food was great!!

I would recommend going not on a weekend (Sundays particularly crowded at lunchtime), and try to avoid getting there right at lunchtime. Mid-morning on a weekday would be least crowded in my opinion.

I don't know but I was there on Christmas Day and it was open but only a couple of stalls were active. I would think it will be more likely to have more stalls open on New Years Day than Christmas but I am not sure.
