The architect, François Mansart, the one of a family of famous French royal architects, has deeply inspired all the French classic style during Louis the 17 era. The only castle remaining from his long carrier is Maisons Laffitte.

I have been to Paris before and was unaware this church existed. It is a very beautiful domed Catholic Church steeped in history. Attached a military museum and located to the military hospital. Well worth a visit in my view.
