We were at the Local Government office Mairie du 1er arrondissement, next to this church so we wanted to visit this church too but... unfortunately it was not open on monday. We only took some pictures.

This is a big historic church next to the Louvre with some history. It's pretty but not one of the most important in Paris.

The beauruful eglise St. Germain l'Auxerrose is located in the Place du Louvre in central Paris and just across the street from the Louvre. Well worth a visit.

St Bart’s massacre was signaled by the ringing of these tower bells. This is a beautiful church with stained glass windows similar to Ste Chapelle but not as many. Refreshing, quiet place to visit and contemplate history and who not to repeat it.
