The wall of love is worth a look if you are in the area, there are benches if you get a coffee and sit and just watch the world go by for a few minutes. Probably not worth making a special journey to see it...More
This isn't a place I would go out of my way to visit but it's a nice place to stop if you're already visiting Montmartre. Basically, it's a blue tiled wall with "I love you" written in many different languages, often more than once. It's...More
Hidden away in a small park just opposite Abbesses station, a large wall which has “I Love You” in a huge variety of different languages and scripts. We spotted a number of languages that we know as a family including far flung ones like Malayalam,...More
Note the wall is within a gated garden that is closed and locked in the late evening and overnight. Make sure you check the opening times before you set out to find this little gem. The first evening, we arrived just after closing time and...More
We did a private tour and came across this. Very neat area of montemarte and the wall is different than any other because it brings people together not separate them. We loved the theme and the broken heart pieces in red were interesting too.
Just to the north of Abbesses Metro Station and the Place Du Abbesses this is probably the most famous pit stop for love oglers in Paris other than views of the Eiffel Tower at night..Here in most languages around the world is written words to...More

Came here because I heard about it, and wanted to see for myself. Not too crowded in the evenings, and many couples were doing a photo here. "I Love You" in over 200+ languages. Park is small and doesn't take long.
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy
features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
That area, Abbesses, is great for casual dining, drinks and/or just being there. It's one of the more genuine parts of Paris in my opinion. The big chains hasn't established there yet. And it's not far from Sacre Coeur... More
That area, Abbesses, is great for casual dining, drinks and/or just being there. It's one of the more genuine parts of Paris in my opinion. The big chains hasn't established there yet. And it's not far from Sacre Coeur that's a bit too "touristy" for me, but has a nice view over the city for sure.
