Located in the Jardins du Luxembourg is Medici fountain in a pond and built for Marie de Medicis in the 17th century.

The locals run around the gardens and fountain..it is beautiful and hidden in the Luxembourg gardens.

The sculptured objects and the aligned pedestal of flowers made it dramatic as the reflections seen on the pond. The fountain was the center of attraction adorned with blooming flowers too. It is a beautiful spot in the Palace garden.

In the Luxembourg park is this beautiful pond and statue. Very heavily treed, totally shaded, very nice cool place to relax. Many places to sit along the pond. Ducks too.
