We visited here for cocktails as I was excited to order one of the famed cocktails created there, but I was upsettingly disappointed. I am a bartender and work in the drinks industry and having read up about the history of this place it was...More

We came here after the opera. You could easily miss this establishment in rue Danou. As others have said, it's not cheap by any means. In the piano bar downstairs the only food you'll get is a hot dog. (12 euros). Not being a great...More

Another visit for myself, my third time in the last two years. I don't think I'll ever get tired of having a drink in here. Great bar, with loads of history. A touch on the expensive side, but worth it in my opinion, if your...More

The bar is quite expensive and sadly the Bloody Mary wasn't great as they use a traditional recipe - this is actually fair enough when you read the history of it on the wall but I have had much better Bloody Mary's. It is a...More

Thé bar tender is the kindest that you can find in Paris. I recommend it. PS: They have the best Bloody Mary of all time.

The main attraction for this establishment is its illustrious historic clientele. If you're a fan of modern literature and the Lost Generation, then you owe it to yourself to check out Harry's. The decor is interesting, with lots of school team pendants on the wall...More

Very historic space, good background, very laid back vibe. Everything is pretty pricy though, I wouldn’t recommend ordering more than one drink unless you really don’t like your money. Still worth a visit.

A wonderful, historic and classic bar. Yes, the reviewers are right that the drinks are expensive, 14 euros each, and one of the old bartenders is a grump. It is actually a great place for lunch, served 12 to 2pm. Simple salads and chili and...More

The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle

modern day workers continue to take advantage of the
legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th
