In the heart of the 7th district, (a short stroll form the Eiffel tower) le Moulin de le Vierge on St. Dominique provides for a quick gourmet pause in this chic and lively neighborhood...

Nestled amongst the fashion boutiques, cafes and bistros of the area, the bakery caters to both the local gourmands and the visitors of this quaint area located between the Esplanade and the Champs de Mars.

Inside beyond the counter is a small tea salon where one can enjoy tartines, millefeuilles, macarons and various other sweet or savory treats, accompanied by a coffee or traditional hot chocolate.

The boutique on St. Dominique is open daily from 7:30 to 20:30, closed Wednesdays.

Cool street to hang around with friends. There are a lot of places to eat something and have some drinks. Also some stores where you can find stylish accesories or even souvenirs, if you don't mind spending a little bit.

This is a great street in Paris. It stretches from the Eiffel Tower all the way to Boulevard St. Germain. Between the Eiffel Tower and Invalides there are many restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery stores. After Invalides it becomes more residential.

I like to go to Paris at least once a year and every time I go I like to walk down Rue St Dominique. It has more like a village feel to it even though you are in a capital city. There are a variety of shops and some very tempting patisseries. There is a great photo opportunity with a... More

Beautiful street in the 7th with lots of good shops and bars and restaurants frequented by the locals of the neighborhood. The best bar in my opinion is Bar du Central - very recommended. Also the street offers a famous view of Tour Eiffel which looks amazing in photos!

I love this street, especially during morning hours. So parisien and full of colours and Tour Eiffel at the background. We always walk along Rue St-Dominique with direction from East to West, towards Tour Eiffel. This time we did stop for croissant in 85 rue St Dominique. It is supposed to have won a prize for being 3rd best in... More

We were relocating to Paris from the States for my Husbands work. While on a tour of the city fell in love with this area and decided this is where we wanted to live. Since that day about 2 years ago, we have no regrets. The other reviews are spot on, there is everything you need on this street sandwiched... More

There are many restaurants, cafe and clothing shops along this street. The street is very clean and it gives you a very safe feeling. A good place for a stroll and you can stop at one of the restaurants or cafe for a drink and people watching.

We stayed in a hotel located a short distance away from the intersection between Av de la Tour Maubourg and Rue Saint Dominique fit four days. Everyday we would walk through Rue Saint Dominique to buy some fruits and to have some meals. One end of the street begins at the Esplanade while the other ends near Champs de Mars.... More
