This square is a lively place and the heart of the left bank sites, the schools, the book stores, the movies, the cool cafes, plus a lot of excellent restaurants. Atmosphere.

This spot just typifies Paris in one glimpse, the pedestrian area with the sidewalk cafes, the vibrant buzz of activity under the shady trees, it feels like Paris .

Plenty of restaurants around, close to the banks of the river, and an ambience of traditional Paris. Still bit touristic, but a walk in the little streets around is quite worth while.

This is very lively area with full of people, shops, and restaurants. I truly enjoyed to visit there during my stay in Paris. Place Saint Andre des Arts can be easily reached by metro, or RER or even just by walking from city center.
