on the website it wasn't indicated that some visits were only for children. But the manager was nice and he changed our ticket to adult visit. I think you must pay extra for the visits. They are totally worth it.

The Château is very big and really needs a full day I think. We only had the morning so did the audio guide of the apartments. This took roughly two hours and was very good, there is so much to see a truly amazing place....More

A very interesting and spacious château with lots of information provided, audio systems to follow the visit in a number of languages. Entrance tickets €12+€3 for the audio guides. Many rooms to visit, takes about 2hours to go round. The outside gardens worth a visit...More

This Chateau is gorgeous and full of rich history! The grounds are kept in wonderful condition. There is a beautiful walking path that leads you into the city for more wonderful sights! An adorable town!

Unfortunately we landed on the day it was closed but we walked around the gardens (which is free) which was beautiful and peaceful. Would love to go again and get chance to walk round the inside.

i think that they do have a cafe inside but "town" is just outside, with loads of eateries well within 5 mins walk.
