This tour takes 1.5 hours and is well worth the time. Our guide explained the history and production technique as we toured a small part of the 24 kilometers of underground tunnels and caves. They even gave us blankets as it is quite cold down there. At the end we had a generous sampling of both the Yellow Label white... More

Very informative tour. The crayeres built in the 12th century and now used to age the champagne 30m underground are impressive. Took the basic tour with two tastings - recommended. Close (5 min walk) to Tattinger, so doing both Houses on same day very doable. Take sweater or light jacket.

It was a beautiful facility. The caves were very impressive and the tour was informative. Some may find the tour to be pricey if the number of tastings is important. The €25 only includes one taste and it is an additional €10 for an additional taste. We were impressed with the tour and felt that it was worth it.

We decided to do the Aromatically Yours tour, which was a great experience. I was a little concerned that it was a 2.5 hour tour with 4 samples, but after seeing how much there is to experience, it makes sense. Prior to going into the caves, the tour guide walked us through the smells and tastes of the 4 different... More

I have been through a lot of champagne houses and the caves of Clicquot are really nice. I recently read a biography of the Widow and she was one strong, fascinating individual. This comes through as one listens to the tour guide. We did the upgraded tasting that included Grande Dame 2006 and it is one of the best champagne's... More

I really enjoyed the Madame Clicquot tour at Veuve recently in Reims, and loved learning the history of this very inspirational businesswoman! The tour was completed with a lovely tasting of two types of champagne (one was a really nice vintage). Great experience overall! Have highly recommended it to multiple friends.

Overall a very good to excellent tour. A bit lengthy on the Veuve Clicquot brand history lesson. The rest of the tour was excellent - how champagne is made, cellars/caves and especially the champagne tastings. I highly recommend the upgrade tastings package since you can experience a glass of the Grande Dame in addition to the yellow label glass of... More

A must do stop in Reims. Some of the best champagne on offer, but the cellars themselves are a sight. Cellars are adapted in transformed medieval chalk mines. 30 euro for the tour and 2 champagne tasting. About 40 minutes long. The guide/ sommelier was excellent and useful. Tasting takes place in the cellars. I recommend booking the effervescent tour.... More

Unique experience where it is possible to know the history of the basement and at the end taste the delicious champagne. Wear a warm coat because it is cold. We went by train that we booked in advance of Brazil (we paid low rate). Super easy to go by train and arriving at the station take the bus 6 (pay... More
