The full visit - worth every penny
Fantastic site and excellent visit. We went for the full 2 hours session and it was worth the money!. Knowledgeable and very welcoming guide with lots of facts and anecdotes. Having recently read the "Widow Clicquot" I found I enjoyed the visit even more. Strongly recommended .
Dear CrazyC261, Thank you for sharing and for the enthusiasm of your message. We are delighted that these 2 hours of visit "the Art of Aging" could make you discover details and anecdotes on the history of our House. Don't hesitate to come back to try the other experiences. My favorite tasting/Tour
Booked the tour and vintage tasting. Tour was great but the vintage tasting with cheese in the caves was amazing. Our guide was fantastic. The vintages we tasted were delicious. I purposely told myself I wasn’t buying any champagne on my trip, and failed miserably. I ended up getting two bottles of vintage. I will definitely be back.
Dear Bubbsfire, Thank you for sharing and for the enthusiasm of your message. We are delighted that you enjoyed your experience on the "Art of Aging" tour. This tour is perfectly appropriate to discover our vintages, including 2 rare ones. We look forward to welcoming you back. VCPTeam.

    Madame Clicquot Historical Tour
Took the Madame Clicquot historical tour. It was quite informative and learned a lot about what she created. The boutique was also the ideal place for gifts for friends and family. Can customize bottles and get a name or city added to the jacket. Cool fun collaborations with other brands like Smeg.

    Memorable Honeymoon Experience
My husband and I attended the 26 April 2023 9:40 morning tour (English). Our tour guide, Gwendolyn, was wonderful! However, we both would be remiss if we did not mention the kind and professional security guard that greeted us outside of Veuve Clicquot's gate entrance. My husband and I had just arrived after a long (over an hour) train ride. We were early for the tour and had to use the restroom. The security guard, which we, unfortunately, did not catch his name, escorted us inside and permitted us to use the restroom. It was literally a relief! Afterward, he walked us back to the gate and had a pleasant conversation with us. From the moment we arrived on the property, we were welcomed like family. The tour was excellent, informative, and interesting. Gwendolyn and the security guard (I wish I had gotten his name) were wonderful. Because of the excellent experience, my husband and I look forward to visiting Veuve Clicquot again soon! Thank you so much for making our honeymoon memorable.

    Fantastic Experience
We chose to tour Veuve Clicquot because we thought some of the better known brands would have good tours and we were not disappointed. Our guide (whose name I don't know) was wonderful and the tour was so informative. We did the "Only One Quality, The Finest," which was 1.5 hours. We recommend this tour because you get to try 4 types of Champagne, and you get to spend a decent amount of time in the cellar. I would definitely visit Veuve Clicquot again. The property was immaculately maintained and all of the staff were so friendly.
Dear Angela, Thank you for your message and for sharing your experience. We are delighted that the 1h30 tour "Only one quality, the finest" met your expectations and that you appreciated the content of the visit as well as the tasting of 4 of our vintages. We hope to welcome you again during your next stay in Champagne. Wishing you a nice day. VCPTeam

    Amazing Tour
My husband and I went to visit Veuve Clicquot because it has an amazing history as well as our favorite Champange and it is an excellent company founded on quality and commitment to its brand. We had wanted to book the longer tour but it was filed so we booked two different tours and ate a freshly chef made delicious lunch in between at their outdoor cafe. The tour was magnificent. They explained some history and their process. The entire faculty is clean and inviting. Our two tours consisted of two different champagnes for each tasting so we got to taste it all. They educated us on the difference between vintage and non vintage champagne. I recommend you book your tour months in advance because it sells out quickly.
Dear Victoria, Thank you very much for your feedback. We're delighted that the two tours you attended met your expectations. In fact, each visit is unique and allows you to discover different cuvées. We would be pleased to welcome you back for your next stay in Champagne. Wishing you a pleasant afternoon; VCPTeam

    Wonderful experience that exceeded expectations!
My fiance & I really appreciated the kind and knowledgeable staff throughout our visit. The tour was filled with facts we were not aware of both Veuve and champagne in general. It was the perfect amount of time lengthwise for us, and the tasting at the end was delicious. There are a good bit of stairs just as a note for anyone considering, and it is a bit chilly on the tour being underground. I highly recommend a visit with a tour!!
Dear Michelle, Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed your visit. We look forward to seeing you again on your next visit to Champagne. Wishing you a nice afternoon VCPTeam

    A wonderful experience.
Great tour! Really fun and informative. I don't know who could say anything else! Our guide was fantastic. The grounds are lovely. The restaurant delightful. The cellar, truly incredible. I don't recommend for children only because they might find it boring and shouldn't run around freely. Even if you don't drink champagne, you will be mesmerized. The staff was kind and welcoming.

    Highly recommend
The Madame Cliquot tour was excellent. Our guide, Justine, was a fabulous storyteller with an engaging style which kept us entertained throughout; and the tasting at the end took place in the cellars, so a very atmospheric way to enjoy two champagnes. Thoroughly enjoyable and interesting.
Dear Warrenpaulg2023, Thank you very much for your feedback. We are delighted that the visit : "Madame Clicquot, The Grande Dame of Champagne" met your expectations. This visit is an opportunity to discover the extraordinary story of Madame Clicquot, a businesswoman, who was behind many of the inventions that revolutionized champagne-making. We're also delighted that you enjoyed the tasting in our cellars. We hope to see you again during your next stay in Champagne. Wishing you a pleasant afternoon, VCPTeam

    Fantastic day out
We had a wonderful time learning about the woman who invented blended Rose champagne. The tour was incredible, with lots of knowledge to gain, and a great tasting session afterwards. I would love to go back and experience the picnic in the park, or one of the vintage wine tours.
Dear Daisyraise, Thank you very much for your feedback. We're delighted you enjoyed your visit. We'd be delighted to welcome you back for a picnic or another experience in our cellars. Wishing you a pleasant afternoon, VCPTeam

The location is very accesible and the reception was great. Walking down the caves was really cool and the tour guide was very friendly and informative. Being more a wine enthusiast than a champagne lover, the Veuve Clicquot tour made me appreciate champagne much more than ever before. If you ever visit Reims, I recommend a visit to Veuve Clicquot.

Well worth a visit - polite and courteous staff, fantastic 2 hour tour of gardens and cave with a tasting in a cave followed by a delicious lunch at the cafe - were lucky to have lunch in the sunshine on the day we visited in April. So enjoyed our first tour we went back for a 2nd tour - different one - in the afternoon. Fantastic education of how Veuve Clicquot was born and what goes into the making of the champagne.

A fascinating experience and a must if you are in Reims.
Our tour started with the descent into the miles of hand carved tunnels under Reims where thousands of bottles are stored for a minimum of 3 years to condition. Our tour guide spoke fluent English and was very informative. Then tasting 4 of the Champagnes still within the cave complex before returning to the surface via some ancient steps. A really enjoyable experience.

Loved this! We took a day trip from Paris to Reims and this tour was a highlight! It would have been a ~40 min walk from the city center/train station, so we took a short taxi ride, which was easy. The tour guide was very informative and the history of Veuve Clicquot is actually quite interesting! The caves were a very cool experience and we had a tasting at the end of the tour with 1 glass of champagne. Afterwards, we went to the outdoor cafe and ordered a sandwich, cheese plate, and several glasses of champagne. If you are considering a day trip to Reims and a visit to Veuve Clicquot, I would absolutely recommend!!

Booked a tour in French by error and due to no other availability we did it despite not being French speakers. Luckily we had done a tour of a different champagne house the day before so we could make sense of it. The guide was lovely and gave us a few English explanations as we went. We did the tour with champagne tastings at the end. This was okay - champagne wasn’t chilled like I would expect and open bottles a bit flat. Lovely to see the caves and helpful guide.

Very informative tour of property and caves. Ended with a wine and cheese pairing The Art of Aging in the caves. Nice variety of champagne which is then offered for sale in the shop on property. Shipping handled by third party.

We received a nice welcome to the guest centre and we enjoyed the tour (Caves are very interesting and well laid out for the tour) - the guide was knowledgeable and very friendly - The Tastings at the end were also interesting and enjoyable...
However - We wish we had not made use of the outside café - The service was poor at best, and one waitress was being very rude in telling people where they could and could not sit (e.g. she appeared to want everyone close to the bar to save her walking back and fore from the bar area) - and the toilets inside the main building had clearly not been cleaned / checked for a while, with dirty toilets and no hand towels etc...

The entire experience with Veuve Clicquot was wonderful. From contacting staff via email to booking tour tickets online through to the tour and tasting and boutique purchases. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and passionate. It was clear that they have a love for what they do and the Veuve-Clicquot story and brand. Our tour guide Justine was brilliant. She spoke great English and was very informative. The tasting was devine as well with both Champagne, Rose-Champagne and tasting plate. Veuve-Cliquot is a must if you are in the area!

If you enjoy a glass of Veuve and admire the life and work of Mme Ponsardin, make sure you include a visit to the House in Reims in your trip. It is a straightforward train journey from Paris and a beautiful walk up a moderate incline for about 1.5 kms (patisserie warning along the way!) There are 48 steps down to the cellars. There is a cafe to linger at after the tour.
Very well set out and thoroughly charming. You won’t be disappointed.
