The gardens are stunning & unique. The chateau is small but well worth visiting especially using the audio guide. The views of the gardens from the windows and roof make it worthwhile but the rooms are also interesting in their own right. The restaurant at...More

The weather was not the best but this did not stop us enjoying walking around some of the best gardens we have visited. The gardens are beautiful and well worth the trip just to see them, the Chateaux is ok but nothing special however.

We only visited the gardens but they are amazing, set against the beautiful chateau. Climb to the Belvedere for an overview to appreciate the clever, intricate design, then walk around to appreciate the planting -especially the incorporation of vegetables into the design.

The Gardens and Chateau fully deserve the accolades in many other posts. The Gardens are immaculate with the vegetable gardens incredibly impressive with both colour and design attracting the eye. The Chateau provides an interesting perspective of the Gardens from the higher floor.

Bonjour , These trees are malus baccata, some kind of decorative apple trees producing very little red apple which are more decorative than eatable.
