This may not be the most extensive of collections, and on the day we visited the second floor was closed in preparation for a new exhibition, but there are one or two paintings that are well worth seeing and many of the rest deserve a...More

Adjacent to Cathedrale St-Gatien is the Musee des Beaux-Arts, a wonderful building set in beautiful gardens. Well worth visiting.

This museum contains mostly sixteenth and seventeenth century French painting. To me the artists were obscure. I did not think the art was first rate. However, as seniors we only paid 9 euros for both of us.

The museum was small, but had a variety of artists including Monet. Some of the paintings were not identified. No tag, title or artist. I thought maybe I was supposed to have recognized them, but I did not. It's in a lovely building with a...More

If you find a special exhibit of interest, the art museum would be worth a trip. A visit to the museum is the only way to tour the Archbishop's Palace (but there are negligible furnishings).

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a good collection outside of a major city. The art is terrific, and it is displayed beautifully. The landscaped grounds are also lovely.

A fascinating mixture of paintings and furniture with some quality pieces well worth seeing. Items are hung well and the modern collection is particularly good. The building itself is of interest. From the upper floor windows you get a really good view of the outside...More

Not a lot of art that I care for, but it was a rainy day and the building is interesting. There's also a lot of exquisite furniture.
