Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Huge domaine with plenty to see and do. Great spot for walking or taking a jog. You could easily spend the better part of the day here and not even visit the Chateau itself. Biking and walking/jogging trails available, lots of people walking their dogs too. There are horse shows, reenactments, etc. dependent on the schedule. Just check ahead on the website for what's planned.

Fabulous historic building and grounds marred only by the toilet facilities - three full car parks and (inside) the chateau just one set of public toilets, no seats, empty paper towel dispensers and queues out into the courtyard.

Massive chateau with tons of interesting history. Many descriptions in English, which was helpful. It was a bit too touristy though and also lacking in direction so it was easy to miss rooms. I prefer when there is a guided map.

We were in 9 biking around the Chateaux du Val de Loire and we went around part of the property of the Domaine. It's a pleasant ride.

The whole forest eith the chateau and the small village make a majestic site that is unforgettable and unavoidable. One can walk around and even stay for a night in the small relais just in the domaine. Unforgettable!

Chambord is certainly majestic. The domaine is beat viewed from above. The patterns of the gardens really come out from that perspective.

This is over rated and the gardens are full of flies. Very expensive and you have to pay another 6 Euros to park before you even get to the gates.
