Well staffed, lots of information, starting point for many tours. We bought day passes for the tram, museums and many other things. Very conveniently located right across from the center of city transport system

All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and had a good command of English for us none French speakers. We booked a tour and were reasonably happy with it. In these days of internet sometimes you still want to just ask a real...More

Dear Austimum, We thank you for your message and are happy to hear that your visit to our office went well. However, we have noticed that you gave a relatively poor rating (only 3 stars), please feel free to let us know why so that...More

This is a shambles of a City Tourist Office. Everything is geared to selling, nothing wrong with that until something goes wrong. We booked the City Bus Tour, the river trip and the Dine and Cruise. The City Bus Tour: Got nothing from it except...More

Hello, We are sorry to hear about your poor experience with those tours, all of those being organised by two different companies. We are going to forward your claim to their managers so they give us some explanation. However, we are very surprised that no...More

Be sure to stop in here to get your wine tour tickets or information about the City Pass for the street cars. Either at the train station or downtown.

We picked up our tour here and it was a great place to go if you need tickets for a tour or have questions about tours. It has a cute gift shop that has some unique gifts.

Modern premises, central location, close to two tram lines. Staff are pleasant and friendly, speak English, and since this is Europe, probably other languages, too. Not many brochures etc on display. We booked a wine tour through them several years ago that was excellent so...More

Was greeted with a very pleasant smile. Knowledgable and more then willing to help staff at the Information centre. On my second visit, the staff personally dropped me to the bus for my city tour to Saint Emilion.

This is probably unfair but it added nothing to our visit. The brochures were available elsewhere and the crush meant that access to the expert staff was difficult

Everyone at the office was extremely helpful and nice. They were able to tell us on the spot which tours and activities were available. We speak English primarily and were able to communicate with all of the staff (in French and English). I would highly...More

If budget allows, stay close to the Grand Theatre which is on the main square. Everywhere is within easy walking distance. Two tramlines intersect nearby close to TIC. Otherwise stay further out but near a tram line. Hope... More

Steve, we did not hire a car, we walked to most places located in the city. My suggestion is to talk to the tourism office to get a heads up on where you can park and am confident they they will accommodate you. I did not... More
