You don't want to miss this large market that is only on Saturday and situated right along the Garonne River. I believe if you use the Tram exit at Chartrons. Anyway, the vendors are varied and delicious. Bring lots of euro. There are pastries, bread,...More

We were recommended to visit this market by friends who live in Bordeaux, and we were glad we did. There is a extensive array of "artisan" stalls selling fresh bread, vegetables and all manner of local produce at decent prices. Some of the stalls (e.g....More

This seems to be a `local' artisan market with lots of nearby wine makers selling their wares at reasonable prices and a graet selection of foodstuffs. Worth a visit if you are nearby

A great way to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday morning......amble along this little market trying and buying the food. Some interesting stalls and a market that is clearly used by the locals which marks it even more authentic

Nice walk, a lot of cafeterias and good and fresh food. Nice perspective of Pont de Pierre and Le Pont Jacques Chaban Delmas.

Lovely little market that pops up on the bank of the river on a Sunday. Everything you'd expect- amazing baked items, meats/fish, cheeses, oysters. Little places to sit and eat if you want. I'd definitely recommend picking up bits here for a picnic. We also...More
