Nothing to say about the exterior, really beautiful. We popped in to ask for a table (not available) and the snobbish behavious of, presumably the restaurant manager, was quite annoying. She probabbly doesn't recognize who are the real snob people once she's in front of :)

The slowest service I have had in quite some time. We waited more than a hour before receiving any meals at all. No waiters came to check on us or ask if we needed anything. Very poor service for a Michelin star restaurant. No wonder why they didn’t receive another star for 2019. We asked for water and had to wait 10 minutes and then came in a DIRTY glass. They are unapologetic and did not care about how long we were waiting. The table of 6 next to us that got to the restaurant 15 minutes after us, got their food 15 minutes before we did. Though the food was good, I am very disappointed in the customer service and attentiveness at this so call “must see restaurant”

It's a beautiful place...but the special diesh is Sauerkraut...and with any "topping" you choose...finally is disgusting...the meat the put on made it uneatable!
On top of that, I saw two tiny mouses running through the main room lf the restaurant...a complete Ratatouille experience...never again

We were given a Christmas gift by our family to come to this restaurant. My initial excitement quickly died off as we ascended the stairs unguided and was met with a waiter who always seemed to be in a hurry but is the most inefficient I have seen. After waiting for 30 min to order I went to ask for a menu but was told to please sit down. After 40 minutes finally water came and by this time I was dehydrated and was almost too afraid to ask. I seriously saw many other tables have eaten and the waiter intentionally punished us for asking for a menu by making us wait. I could see he preferred some customers and was very engaged with them but made barely any eye contact with us. Finally our food came.. it was OK but everything was too oily and definitely not memorable nor worth the hype. After nearly 3 hours the ordeal is finally over and our waiter did not even try to acknowledge us upon leaving. I knew France is not known for its service but I felt this is not acceptable in a city known as the capital of Christmas. Please treat people equally and with respect.

This marketplace is Strasbourg is beautiful during the summer time. Nice restaurants around the market as well as cafe's. Enjoyable sitting on the terrace and watching people.

An exceptionally busy spot on a Saturday. The facade is interesting, certainly, but it's proximity to the cathedral.m and the city centre means it's hectic and an endless parade of photo takers!

An interesting building in a great location right next to the Cathedral. Food was ok, but the location and architecture from the Middle Ages made this a fascinating experience. I had the 3 fish and sauerkraut which is the house speciality followed by cafe gourmand - good flavour and well presented.

Had the choucroute. It's a must if in Alsace. And the Kammerzell is a must for its beauty, significance, and ambience. It is expensive, but also a treat for the traveller -- something to write home about!
As for the choucroute: Way too much meat! Tasty and unique, but I had half a pig on my plate! Who ever said Americans serve exceedingly large portions? Visit Alsace and compare.

Does this hotel have a lift (elevator)? This is for an elderly friend who is concerned about steps.
