St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church is tucked away and hidden in little Mulberry Street. It is the oldest remaining Catholic Church in the city. It is not a particularly large church, but it’s striking feature is the large marble reredos which covers the whole front...More

Hidden gem it is indeed! Took some real finding despite the benefit of Google maps! Worth it though. A beautiful and impressive interior greets your entrance! At the time we visited, some pretty heavy worship was underway which meant little opportunity to wander and wonder....More

This really is a hidden gem. Seemingly squashed in between office buildings in a side street, once inside, this church is quite beautiful. So quiet and peaceful. A really stunning place.
