Popped in for a drink at tea time on a snowy Wednesday evening in January. The pub was busy with a variety of people in suits and casual gear. Friendly atmosphere and an excellent pint of well kept Timothy Taylor’s Landlord.

love the friendly, comfortable feel of the place, perfect little hideaway. Had drinks here, food here, been for lunch with colleagues from work, evening out with friends, and I've even taken the kids...

Nice pub with lots of seating areas and good juke box. A great pint of Timmy Taylors on tap with a good range of spirits. A real local pub and is in the middle of a number of real ale pubs... love it.

A nice little pub which is good for midweek meet as it doesn't get too busy. A different story for after work when it gets busier and the atmosphere improves. A pretty reasonable food menu, traditional and reliable pub grub at reasonable prices. A good...More

Come here quite regularly to try any new whiskeys they may have as Ben really knows what he is on about! He encourages me to drink different ones from around the world. I love his work ethic too. He's a keeper
