Came in for the annual parade and as usual had a brilliant time. Bar staff do a brilliant job with the amount of custom. If you're afte a good night get down to the Irish centre x

I visited the WIC for a Sunday carvery after the St Patrick's parade. After a mix up with our booking where it was suggested we hadn't booked our table delivered in rather a rude manner we had a so so dinner. The tables arrangement was poor,no cutterly, poor service from the staff, the only starters left were prawn cocktail unless we waited... More

Was looking forward to having lunch here in the cafe. Have to say that most things that we asked for were not available. We settled for toasted sandwiches and have to say that they were the worst I have ever had the misfortune of eating. The bread was barely toasted and was llimp, the filling was not the best quality... More

Friends and I went today for a visit and for lunch. The cafe was quiet as it was mid morning. Lisa who is an employee at the cafe was most welcoming and assisted us straight away. For lunch we opted for toasties and they were lovely and presented with garnish. The drinks were hot and reasonably priced. We bought items... More

Lovely building. Very clean. Bar staff are so sour. I don't think any of them smiled the whole time we were there!

First the positives, desserts were good, drinks were good and one waitress was very good. The negatives - Cold plates, arrogant chef insisted they were not cold, no apology but manager shuffled the plates around which made no difference, our plates were still cold so the warm food went cold quickly. Can anyone tell me what vegetable is grey in... More

I was part of an Irish band who travelled here at our own expense to give a concert for the St Patrick's Day celebrations. Not one single person came. An audience of about 15 of our own parents and friends watched while we played to an empty hall. We weren't welcomed or thanked though they did put on sandwiches and... More
