After discussing meditation with a friend she recommended the buddist centre. I said i wasn't really into religion but she said it didn;t matter to just go.They have rooms just to try out meditation techniques. Friendly people in the centre and a really peaceful vibe.

This is a very relaxing and friendly, welcoming place to visit. They have so many different events and a great bookshop, including second hand books at decent prices. There is also a great vegetarian and vegan restaurant. Well located. Nothing to complain about at all.

We were felt welcome as soon we entered the building .We were shown around the building and went upstairs to the meditation rooms. A lovely break from hustle and bustle from the city centre

Somewhat surprising to find a Buddhist Centre in town. Manchester has a large Chinese population so that may account for this centre. The centre is just one block away from the huge Arndale shopping centre, yet the atmosphere is calm and serene. Tucked away in...More
