Yoga instructor Hi, I'm Mary. My practice is a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa, Astanga as well as meditation and Pranayama (breathing techniques in Hatha). Although Yoga is a serious practice, it can be a lot of fun too! MY City Yoga is set up with you in mind, the goal of my classes is for everyone to come away feeling good. I want yoga to be accessible to not just the already 'bendy', 'strong', 'young', but to any shape, size and income. Take a look around, see what suits and I'll see you on the mat!
