Amazing place to spend time with your family or to do sports. Well maintained lake in the heart of the park brings a lot of people to watch birds or relax on the benches. There are info boards for both - tourists and joggers (kms).

This is my local park and we go every week. Lovely big park. Nice people. Nice cafe. Shame people give bread or even other food to birds when they should be eating seeds and that’s all.

Went here for the Caribbean Carnival of Manchester and the park was perfect to host it. Multiple open spaces to host the event. The event itself was spectacular. So much great music and food.

A recently restored Victorian park which has been excellently interpreted to include key historic features whilst also improving accessibility to local residents and groups. Well supported by a very active Friends' association.

The park is clean, well kept. Beautiful in autumn and spring. If you come after rain, there are big clean puddles which children loves.

A small but very well laid out and kept park, with obvious recent work. Pathways are defined, clear of rubbish, flat surface could be walked any time of the year without hiking boots. Has a small water body that is well fenced off from children...More
