This is a fascinating museum in a very old building full of interesting facts. There is also a secret garden and an old chapel still with its baptism pool. William Shakespeare's sisters are buried in the chapel grounds.

Although we found this fascinating, it did make us wish our children were still young. They would have really loved it. The displays are well thought out and appeal to all ages, but the quirky nature of the building itself lends a cosy intimate feeling...More

Small, but well presented, John Moore Museum is a good attraction in Tewkesbury, with a variety of exhibits well presented.

A visit to Tewkesbury would not be complete without a visit to the 15th century Merchant's house. The audio tour was brilliant. And only £4 for this museum and the old Baptist Chapel!!
