Part of the MK Parks Trust, Caldecotte Lake is a picturesque lake in Milton Keynes. There's a lot going on here - footpaths round the lake, sailing, rowing, a play area, picnic tables and even an outdoor gym. There's plenty of wildlife on the lake...More

7km round the lakes, lovely walk with the windmill in the back ground. Shame that horse riders use the path and don’t move their horses onto the grass to poo or go past people.

It’s free! Lovely walks around the lake. Parking is free. Dogs love it, always something to see. Some benches along some paths where you can sit and take in the quiet, amazing considering you are on the edge of Milton Keynes!
