A traditional English Pub in a beautifully restored 16th century Merchants House. We offer a great selection of Real Ales, fine wines and Pub Grub. There is a large garden for the summer months and a log fire for the cooler days. We have free parking, are right next to the bus and train station and just a short walk to the cathedral, docks and Quays.

Came for a pre match pint on a Gloucester rugby day and then afterwards to watch England v Wales on the TV. Friendly place, decent pint and reasonably priced and good location close to train, bus and stadium. Worth a visit

Lots of blokes several pints down in the afternoon. Lots of banter. Not for you if you want to be left alone for a quiet one!
