Terrible service today and on every other occasion I go there - very, very poorly managed. Auto ticket machine broken, one lad serving upstairs and no one else in sight. Stood in ice-cream queue for ages only to be ignored. Shall go to Cheltenham or...More

We visited on 1st September to see The Happytime Murders. The film itself has a rather unusual title for what it is but that's not anything to do with this review. We seen the evening performance and the Cinema was rather quiet for a Saturday...More

Always have a good range of the latest films, normal cinema prices and always clean, tidy and welcoming. I usually prefer the screening rooms in Cheltenham but they don’t show all films. This is in a good location with plenty of parking and other attractions...More

This is relatively a new cinema and with the design are given stacks of leg room, also with tiered seating, so you don’t ever get the 6.5ft guy with the Afro in front of you ruining the film! Always clean and tidy. Staff are pretty...More

Me and my girlfriend have a membership for Cineworld and have only good things to say about the Gloucester Quays' cinema. Would recommend to anyone. Always have the biggest and best movies, in 3D and 2D, many of which are in the cinema for weeks....More
